Products & Equipment

Yes. Every device in our range carries a valid CE mark and meets the applicable EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) or Low Voltage Directive requirements. Full certification documentation is available on request before purchase.
Our range covers 755 nm (Alexandrite), 808 nm (Diode), 1064 nm (Nd:YAG), and CO₂ 10,600 nm wavelengths, as well as combination triple-wave platforms. Each product page lists the exact specifications.

All new devices come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Extended warranty packages (up to 36 months) are available. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and includes remote diagnostics support from our in-house technicians.

Ordering & Delivery

All orders are processed directly through our sales team — not online. Use the contact form or visit a showroom. A dedicated account manager will guide you through the order, financing options, and delivery timeline.
Yes. We deliver to all EU member states as well as Switzerland, Norway, and the UK. Delivery is handled by specialist freight partners experienced in transporting sensitive medical-grade equipment. Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation.
Yes. All devices are installed by our certified technicians. Installation includes physical setup, calibration, on-site testing, and a full handover training session for your team. Installation is included in the purchase price for Belgium and the Netherlands; a travel fee applies elsewhere.
Yes. We work with several European leasing partners. Monthly payment plans are available from 12 to 60 months. Ask your account manager for a tailored quote — approval is typically within 48 hours.

Training & After-Sales

Every device purchase includes a comprehensive training programme: operation & safety protocols, treatment parameter setup, contra-indication guidelines, and maintenance procedures. Training can be delivered on-site at your clinic or at our Antwerp training centre.
Our technical support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 CET. Remote diagnostics are available via our support portal. For critical hardware failures, an on-site technician visit is typically scheduled within 48–72 business hours.
Yes. We maintain a full inventory of original spare parts and consumables (handpieces, tips, cooling gels) for all devices we sell. Parts can be ordered directly through your account manager for next-day delivery across the Benelux region.
